Lancaster: A Picture Entry

We want to take full advantage of our time out here on the East Coast which means as many weekend trips as possible. Last weekend we took a trip up to Amish Country.

Kitchen Kettle Village: a cute collection of shops to browse
I love my little giggler!
Vince loves to be up high with daddy where he can wave to everyone
My sweet boys in their rocking chairs
A little too ironic that the restored Amish  farmhouse, barn and farm we toured is now 50 feet away from classic America aka Target.
Playing at the park with mom & dad
We were exhausted by the time we got back to the hotel. Vince was an angel and played quietly in his crib for an hour and a half so we could rest and unwind without having to entertain him.
Dad & Vince milking a cow at the Amish Farm
Buggy! It was cool seeing these all over, especially on Sunday when the Amish guys wear their black hats to take girls on rides around town as a date.
Vincey was fascinated by the goats
After exploring Lancaster we took the 40 minute drive up to Hershey, PA
We went on the free chocolate world ride that showed how they make their chocolate. Vince loved the singing cows and was looking everywhere trying to take it all in.
On the ride
He was captivated
Those reese's were huge! Probably the size of a small bowl.
We didn't buy these thank heavens but did indulge in a small bag of coconut cream filled kisses. AMAZING- why don't they sell those in stores!?
