Finals + Stress - Sleep = Baby?

We finished! Dillon turned in another amazing semester here at BYU, killing his finals. I am so proud of all his hard work and success. He is so much more diligent than me and I beyond admire his consistent effort and drive!

With Kyle coming home from his mission, my Dad being in town, and teaching I found myself in a position of having to pull an all-nighter Tuesday for my Advanced Physiology final. It was rough and around 3am I started getting contractions. I was super freaked out but didn't want to wake Dillon. I timed them (5 minutes apart) and mercifully after about 2 hours they stopped. (Side note: I was not prepared for how painful they were! Yikes)

Thursday I had a doctors appointment and I let my doctor know about the contractions. She checked me out and let me know that I had been in labor! (Whoops for my stress and lack of sleep) It stopped on its own, but she said based on that progress Vince can come any day now! I'm not due until May 15th but she literally laughed when she told me she thinks that's impossible at this point.

After freaking out a bit more for the next hour or two, I got super excited! Everything is ready for him to come (aside from the fact I'm meant to be teaching until May 24th) and now I am super impatient. Watch him wait the 3+ weeks now, but I'm hoping I will be kissing my son's cheeks any day now!

Kyle is Home!

In April 2010 Kyle left for a 2 year mission in Brisbane, Australia. I'll let him tell you all about it, but he had the time of his life. For those of you who don't know when missionaries go out the put everything on hold. He took two years off of work and school and from family & friends. We were able to email him and got weekly updates back. Also we got to call him 2 times a yea: on Christmas Day and on Mother's Day.

He loved his mission so much and the people of Australia he got to teach and serve. I know how hard it was for him to come home, but man are we glad to have him back. It is so weird/nice getting to pick up the phone and call him when I want to! Dillon and I got to take him to lunch today. I'm so so so happy I get Kyle Wilson as my brother!

These are the signs we made to welcome him
home at the airport.

It was SO emotional getting to see him at the airport. I knew
I'd cry but hugging my baby brother for the first time in two
years has me sobbing. I missed him so much!

The Wilson family is back together again!

Look how handsome my brother is!
